FLORIDA ALLIANCE SOCCER LEAGUE

MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Alliance League is to raise the standard of Soccer both in the Tampa Bay area and beyond. A League that will be run by professionals who have many years of experience and the expertise to grow the league both Statewide and Regionally. In order to achieve such excellence, a firm structure needs to be in place with both organization and communication to its members and for it to be more than just a League.

Integrity will be a value that will be displayed by all clubs involved, with a care for players no matter what club they play for. A push for players to attain College Scholarships and to play at the next level is paramount for the success of the League.

Ownership is the other value that will be displayed by all clubs... This League belongs to its members so therefore the building blocks will be in place to make us strong and able to grow.

We plan to open up corridors into other areas to increase the level of competition and avoid stagnation within the League. Also to host a post season knockout cup competition based on a European style format increasing the challenge to our players.

Other plans are for us to bring in high level coaches to host coaching sessions for both players and coaches along with identification purposes for players.

Select teams will be chosen from League clubs for hybrid Tournaments around the country for players who want to be showcased to top colleges throughout the USA.

There are of course many different Leagues out there for clubs to choose, however if clubs want a quality environment for their teams and an enviroment for their players to develop, then they need to look no further than the FASL, then this is the League for your club.
